Once the ongoing renovation work has been completed, Campus Kemnath will move into the premises of the former school. To present this joint project between Deggendorf Institute of Technology (DIT) and OTH Amberg-Weiden, the campus is hosting an open discussion – with Zoiglbrot and drinks. The event will take place on 29 July from 6.00 pm to 8.00 pm at the Gasthof zur Goldenen Krone & Weißes Ross. Admission is free, registration is required to attend.

Campus Kemnath is part of the Entrepreneurial University of DIT and supports people and organisations with innovative business ideas as they scale up. With a focus on intrapreneurship, the team in particular helps existing companies to launch new products or tap into new business areas. But how does this initiative benefit the campus? In his talk 'Future made in Kemnath: Our Companies, Our Strengths', Prof. Dr. Markus Ortmann of DIT highlights above all how the region can thrive economically.

However, the focus of the evening will be, in particular, on interpersonal exchange. That is why anyone interested will have the opportunity to ask questions after the talk and to get to know the staff of Campus Kemnath. Over some Zoiglbrot and drinks – ironically, without any Zoigl beer – participants can ask any questions they’ve been dying to ask in a relaxed atmosphere. Citizens’ own ideas and suggestions are also very welcome.
